How to enter

The giveaways may be promoted on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms, but the official rules are hosted on this page. Social media platforms are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or partners of these giveaways.

Official Rules: MacBook Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the MacBook Giveaway is Univyze Inc. (“Sponsor,” “Univyze,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: giveaways@univyze.com.

2. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR PAID SUBSCRIPTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Eligibility

The MacBook Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, ambassadors, campus representatives, advertising or promotion partners of Univyze, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win.

4. Promotion period

The MacBook Giveaway begins when announced by Univyze and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries submitted before or after the promotion period may not be eligible.

5. How to enter

Eligible participants may earn entries during the promotion period through the following methods:

• Follow @getunivyze on Instagram and Like and Comment "Giveaway" on at least 1 post: 1 entry.
• Join the Univyze waitlist at https://univyze.com/waitlist: 5 entries.
• Optional bonus: share the official giveaway post to your Instagram Story, tag @getunivyze, and include #UnivyzeSweepstakes: 2 entries.

Limit one set of social actions per person unless otherwise stated by Univyze. Duplicate, automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. Social accounts used to enter must be public or visible to Univyze at the time entries are verified.

6. Alternate free method of entry

To enter without using social media or joining the waitlist, email giveaways@univyze.com during the promotion period with the subject line “MacBook Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, email address, state of residence, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. Each valid email entry will receive one entry. Limit one alternate email entry per person per day during the promotion period.

7. Prizes and approximate retail values

• Base prize: one MacBook Neo, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $499.
• If @getunivyze reaches 5,000 Instagram followers by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, Sponsor will add one AirPods Pro 3 prize, ARV $249.
• If @getunivyze reaches 10,000 Instagram followers by August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time, Sponsor will add one iPad prize, ARV $349.

Prize details are subject to availability. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Winner selection and notification

On or about September 5, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select winner(s) from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The number of winners will depend on whether the Instagram follower milestone prizes are unlocked. Potential winners may be contacted by Instagram direct message, email, or another reasonable method. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Taxes and winner requirements

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description. Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete an eligibility affidavit, liability/publicity release, tax form, or other documentation before awarding a prize.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, social handle, likeness, city/state, and submitted content for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.

12. Platform and brand release

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Apple, or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Apple, Meta, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability related to this promotion.

13. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform issues, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, and, where the entrant has opted in, send Univyze updates. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Univyze’s Privacy Policy.
